Support Worker
I’m a Support Worker at TessAbility. I enjoy helping people build confidence, become more independent and achieve their goals while providing support they can rely on every step of the way.
Before becoming a support worker, I spent many years working in the thoroughbred racing industry with some incredible horses. That experience taught me patience, dedication and the importance of building trust, qualities I now bring to every support relationship.
As a support worker, I enjoy helping people build confidence, learn new skills and become more independent. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing someone achieve their goals and knowing I’ve been part of their journey.
Maddy has completed additional training in dementia support, infection prevention, communication and NDIS best practice, and continues to build her knowledge through ongoing professional development.
