Supporting people with disabilities across Ballarat and surrounding areas through genuine relationships, consistent support and person-centred care.
At TessAbility Support Services, we believe great support starts with genuine relationships.
Based in Ballarat and supporting people throughout the surrounding region, we provide personalised disability support tailored to each person’s goals, interests and lifestyle.
As a small, dedicated team, we take the time to get to know every participant, building trust, confidence and meaningful connections along the way.
Whether you’re looking to build independence, participate in your community, learn new skills or simply have the right support by your side, we’re here to help you live life your way.
I’ve always believed that everyone deserves to feel heard, respected and supported. That’s what inspired me to create TessAbility Support Services.
As an AHPRA Registered Enrolled Nurse and disability support professional, I’ve seen how important it is for people to live life their own way. I created TessAbility to provide personalised disability support services across Ballarat and surrounding areas that focus on the person, not just the plan.
My team and I take the time to get to know every participant, building trust, confidence and meaningful connections along the way. Whether we’re helping someone build independence, access their community or simply enjoy everyday life with the right support, our goal is always the same: to provide support that is caring, consistent and centred around the individual.
If you’re looking for personalised disability support services in Ballarat or surrounding areas, I’d love to introduce you to my team.
Every participant is unique, so we take the time to understand what matters most to you and tailor our support to your goals, interests and lifestyle.

Ella Cross
“The biggest gift Tess has given me is the chance to simply be my mum’s daughter again, rather than her full-time carer.”
Amber Keen
